My husband and I founded our fitness facility in June 2013. 

The Box Portsmouth is a specialist venue for CrossFit and dance enthusiasts in Portsmouth City Centre, UK. 

I manage and run the day to day operations alongside my team of expert coaches and instructors.

We hold multiple classes everyday in our gymnasium for all ages and abilities.

The venue also hosts multiple dance fitness sessions for children and adults in our dance studio run by private hirers
